A control system for the circulation of construction, demolition and soil waste (CS&G) based on artificial intelligence, integrated with the accounting systems of the Ministry of Ecology of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The solution allows us to effectively combat the problem of illegal dumping of construction waste, which causes serious damage to the environment.

The system uses neural network technologies that allow real-time identification of garbage trucks by their contours, recognition of state registration marks and verification of data against the database of permits for the transportation of construction waste in the Electronic Coupon system. The system also determines the presence and type of cargo in the body and tracks the vehicle’s route. If a violation is detected, for example, the truck did not enter the construction waste processing complex and continued its journey without any cargo in the back, the evidence base is sent to inspectors of the authorized agency for further investigation.

Over the 2 years of operation of the system in the Moscow region, it was possible to reduce the number of illegal landfills by 57%, reduce the number of complaints about them from residents and save the budget more than 70 million rubles.
